How do I order?
There is not an online ordering process at this time. Review our products online, and email us at orders@deseretchocolates.com to place your order. We can then reach out to you to confirm your order and arrange delivery.


Can I customize my assorted creme selection?
Yes! Although we have a standard assortment collection, we can customize your assortment to your liking. Please note that some of our flavors are special order and may not be in our inventory. Email us at orders@deseretchocolates.com for more information. Note: we cannot mix different products together, i.e. cremes and caramels in the same box.


Where is your store located?
We currently operate as an online business and do not have a physical location. Since we do not have a location where customers can go, we will deliver your chocolate order, at no charge, to anywhere within the Salt Lake City metro area.


How do I properly store chocolate?
Chocolate is very sensitive to humidity and temperature. The ideal environment for chocolate is between 66 degrees and 76 degrees Fahrenheit with low humidity. Chocolate should also be stored away from other foods because chocolate can absorb different aromas. Chocolate tastes best when served at room temperature.


What is the shelf life of your products?
Deseret Chocolates does not add any artificial preservatives to our products. Our products will taste better if consumed fresh and within a few weeks of purchase. All our products have a “best by” date, which is when our products will be at their best.


Do your products contain dairy products?
All of our chocolate cremes, and some of our other confections, contain milk or other dairy products. If you have allergies to dairy products, you should not consume any of our products. Some of the chocolate that we use also has butter fats, included by the chocolate manufacturers we use.


Do your products contain nuts?
Some of our products contain peanuts or tree nuts. Although we thoroughly clean and sanitize all of our equipment between the products we manufacture, all of our products are manufactured on shared equipment with peanuts and tree nuts. If you have allergies to peanuts or tree nuts, you should exercise caution and judgement before consuming any of our products.


Do your products contain soy?
All of our chocolate contains soy lecithin, which has been added by the chocolate manufacturer as an emulsifier.


Do you sell sugar-free chocolates?
Currently, we do not offer any sugar-free products.


Do you have gift certificates?
Currently, we do not offer gift certificates from Deseret Chocolates.


Do you ship your products?
Since we use 100% pure chocolate, shipping during the hot summer months is risky because chocolate melts at a relatively low temperature. However, if you need an order shipped, please e-mail us at orders@deseretchocolates.com and we can arrange a method of shipping to ensure the integrity and quality of our products.


Do you provide products for donations or fundraisers?
Deseret Chocolates receives many requests for donations and fundraisers. As a result, we need to prioritize and only make donations to organizations that are supported directly by employees of Deseret Chocolates.


Do you accept ideas and suggestions?
We welcome ideas and suggestions from our customers. If you have an idea for a chocolate or confection creation, please e-mail them to info@deseretchocolates.com. Any idea submitted to Deseret Chocolates becomes exclusive property of Deseret Chocolates and may or may not be used or altered by us at our discretion.
